
To improve public safety and enhance the protection of underground facilities delivering valuable and necessary products and services, Wyoming One-Call (WOC) and the Wyoming Association of Local Utility Coordinating Councils (WALUCC) doing business as Call Before You Dig of Wyoming consolidated their organizations on November 7, 2001. The new consolidated organization is One Call of Wyoming.

Pete has 4 years of One-Call experience, over 10 years experience managing Customer Service operations with NEC America and 5 years experience as a project manager with an outside plant company implementing underground construction.

Brian Connolly - (PGH) Database Administrator - Brian has been the primary database administrator for One-Call of Wyoming for the past two years. He possesses 6 years of One Call Systems experience.

The Customer Support Department monitors applications so that tickets are processed and transmitted properly. Customer/Technical Support will help the member with the following problems:
- Assist the member when they have equipment problems.
- When the member needs tickets resent.
- Resend audits.
- Research when damage occurs i.e., look for the ticket that was processed.
