For the tickets that are "cleared", we will notify the contractor directly (you don't have to do anything). For the tickets that need a mark-out, we'll contact (via voice, fax, modem, or Internet) either you or the locating company, depending on who is doing the mark-out. And since we are a 24/7 operation, we can handle "Emergency" tickets very quickly.
